Women's Premier League (WPL) 2024 Schedule: The second edition of the Women's Premier League is all set to begin from February 23 in Bengaluru. A total of 22 matches will be played between five teams in the Women's Premier League 2024. The league matches will be played in two legs. The first leg will be held in Bengaluru and the second in Delhi. The first match will be held between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals. The matches will be held in Bengaluru and Delhi. The first season of this league was won by the Mumbai team.

When WPL is started?

The Women's Premier League was launched in 2023. The Indian Premier League (IPL) is the world's first women's cricket league. The biggest feature of the Women's Premier League was that many big players from all over the world participated in the first season of this league. Mumbai Indians won IPL trophy for the first time. They beat Delhi Capitals by 7 wickets in the final.

UP Warriors squad for the 2024 edition of the WPL

In the first season of the Women's Premier League, UP Warriors were beaten by Mumbai Indians in the Eliminator round. Led by Alyssa Healy, UP had won four out of eight matches in the league stage. UP Warriors finished third in the points table with eight points. In the Eliminator against MI, the Warriors got a target of 183 runs, in response to which the team was all out for just 110 runs.
