However, the court refused to direct me to delete it without considering my written stand when my lawyers informed the Hon’ble Court that my video is truthful. In fact, the Hon’ble Court in the interest of peace, asked both parties to not publish videos against each other till the case is pending. #SatyamevJayate

1. Our team edited his name from my video because the idea was not to target any particular person or company. That video was made to spread awareness for public welfare (not for any kind of controversy). But he thought that we did not took his name because we are scared of him. This was his first BIG mistake.
2. He started sending his people to my home and office. Why? I spoke to him just once in my entire life... that too on the day when my team invited him to my studio. He is neither my friend nor my enemy. Why was he intimidating me? It was not required. This was his second BIG mistake.
3. He is planning to do something really immature... it's going to be his third BIG mistake.

On December 12, Sandeep Maheshwari had uploaded a YouTube video titled "BIG SCAM EXPOSED" on his YouTube channel, in which two students from his audience tell about a scam with them, how a very big YouTuber on YouTube sold him a course worth ₹50,000 and he did not get any value from that course. Also, while buying the course, he was told that after buying this course, you will start earning money and learn to do business, but nothing like this had happened to both of them. None of the students could earn a single rupee after purchasing the course. Further, the two students told in the video that the course that they had bought from the big YouTuber, the things mentioned in the course are available on YouTube almost for free.
Apart from this, he further said that there are many thousands of students and many people like him, with whom this scam has happened, who have been sold expensive courses ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 1 lakh. But what they were promised after buying the course has not been fulfilled. Near this, Sandeep Maheshwari told both of them that you should avoid these things and not believe such people, after which this "BIG SCAM EXPOSED" video of them ends. This is how the Sandeep Maheshwari Vivek Bindra controversy began, although Vivek Bindra's name was not mentioned anywhere in Sandeep Maheshwari's' BIG SCAM EXPOSED 'video, but in the comment section of that video, people started taking Vivek Bindra's name, but there was no mention of Vivek Bindra's name and his business. After a community post, another community post comes from Sandeep Maheshwari, in which he has revealed Vivek Bindra's name. In the community post, Sandeep Maheshwari tells Vivek Bindra, "My dear Vivek, on one hand you are threatening my team with legal action and on the other hand you are sending your employees to my house, not only once but twice.
Do you think I'm going to be scared of you? After this, Sandeep further says in his post that I never do anything for my own benefit, work for the benefit of everyone and will continue to do so.
