The IPL 2024 match between Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Rajasthan Royals took place at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad. Hyderabad captain Pat Cummins won the toss and decided to Bat first. Rajasthan Royals need 202 runs to win. But there has been a huge uproar over giving Travis Head not out in the match. His video is going viral on social media.
Avesh Khan bowled the 15th over of the Sunrisers Hyderabad innings. On the third ball of this over, Travis Head wanted to hit a big stroke. For this, he walked out of the crease, but there was no contact between the ball and the bat. Sanju Samson then threw the ball towards the striker's end and the ball hit the stumps. It was a close case. So it went to the third umpire for an out and not out decision. The umpire then gave Travis Head not out. While replays clearly showed that Head's bat was in the air until after the stump light was lit. The Rajasthan players were hoping that Head was out. But he was disappointed with the umpire's decision.

Rajasthan Royals coach and director Kumar Sangakkara was seen arguing with the umpire. It seemed that he was not at all happy with the umpire's decision. On the next ball, Travis Head was clean bowled. That's how Avesh Khan got his wicket.
