According to a report, there are 125 million 5G subscribers in India and they are being given unlimited 5G data for free by telecom companies. According to a report by the Economic Times, the price of the new 5G plan will be 5-10% more expensive than the 4G plan, i.e. if a plan is worth Rs 500, it will soon be worth Rs 550.
It is also being said in the report that by September 2024, telecom companies can increase the prices of their plans by up to 20%.
It could start as early as 2024. It is estimated that the number of 5G users in the country will reach 200 million by the end of 2024.
