Toyota's one of the highest performing and best-selling models, Innova, is coming in its Hycross GX variant. It's a limited edition by Toyota, priced at Rs 20.07 to 20.22 lakh ex-showroom. With minor enhancements and improved interior, it believed to be based on Innova's petrol GX variant. It costs just Rs 40,000 more than the regular GX, giving all the reasons to splurge on it.

Toyota is not a believer in extravagant exteriors, and this variant is no exception. The company has kept minimal exteriors in the Hycross GX limited edition. However, the new chrome garnish on the grille complements the look.
Moreover, the new faux silver skid plates on the front and rear bumpers make it look super stylish yet elegant. If you can spend a little more to bring some fun and aggression to the exterior, bear an additional cost of Rs 9,500 to get Platinum White exterior paint shade.
While we can find larger alloy wheels and garnished bumpers in the higher variants, the Toyota Innova Hycross GX limited edition lacks it as it is a sibling of the GX trim.
Even though we can't see huge updates or improvements on the exteriors, the interiors are worth a watch. Substantial changes in the cabin have made this new variant luxurious on a different level.
As per the reports, the interior has got a new soft touch with the dashboard of chestnut brown finish. Additionally, the door trims have a black plastic finish. Another point worth mentioning is that buyers get two options in the seating configuration- seven-seater and eight-seater.
Toyota Innova Hycross GX limited edition features a 1987 cc Petrol engine mated to a CVT gear and Manual Override speed Automatic (CVT) gearbox. It features a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine that returns 172 hp and 205 Nm of torque. It is the same as in its base-level trim with no further improvements.
The engine doesn't impress much as it misses out on the most common engine options available in top cars these days, which is a more fuel-efficient hybrid engine.
