South Africa vs Nepal, ICC T20 World Cup 2024: South Africa beat Nepal by one run. Nepal captain Rohit Paudel won the toss and decided to field first. Batting first, South Africa set a target of 116 for Nepal. Nepal needed 8 runs to win in the last over, then Nepal could only score 6 runs. Nepal's Gulshan Jha was run out on the last ball. Both these bowlers did not allow the South African batsmen to hit big strokes.
Nepal's team has been eliminated from the Super-8 race in the T20 World Cup 2024 after losing the match against South Africa. The team has played three matches so far, out of which they have lost 2. One match was cancelled. Nepal is scheduled to play against Bangladesh on June 16.
