Hasaranga completed his century of wickets in the 63rd match while Afghanistan's Rashid Khan is at the top of the list with this feat in 53 matches.

Wanindu Hasaranga: Before Wanindu Hasaranga, only Lasith Malinga has taken 100 wickets for Sri Lanka in T20 Internationals. Malinga achieved the feat in 76 matches. Malinga has taken 107 wickets in 84 matches for Sri Lanka between 2006 and 2020. Hasaranga now has a total of 101 T20 international wickets in 63 matches, including an impressive average of 15.36 and an economy rate of 6.78.
