BCCI Drops Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kisan from Central Contracts List, Rinku and Lalit Yadav Luck Shines

Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan Contract: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has dropped Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan from the list of centrally contracted players. Despite the constant warnings, Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer ignored the Ranji Trophy. Now both the players are not part of the BCCI's central contract list. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has released the list of centrally contracted players. Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja are the other players in the A + category. The players are paid Rs 7 crore annually by the BCCI. In Grade A, 5 players have been placed in Grade B, while 15 players have been placed in Grade C.

Batsmen Rinku Singh, Lalit Verma, Rajat Patidar and fast bowler Mukesh Kumar, who made their international debuts last year, have had bright fortunes.

Shreyas Iyer and Kishan Career are Uncertain

Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan Contract: Shreyas Iyer, however, found himself in a different controversy. Iyer was dropped for the Test series against England. Iyer made an excuse of being injured for not playing Ranji Trophy. But the National Cricket Academy exposed Iyer's lies. The NCA made it clear that Iyer is match fit and has no issues in playing.

The BCCI was upset with the attitude of Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer. After taking a break from the series against South Africa, Kishan was constantly being instructed to play the Ranji Trophy to make a comeback. But Kishan ignored the BCCI and did not play a single Ranji Trophy match for Jharkhand. The BCCI had made it clear that players who are not on national duty will have to participate in the Ranji Trophy.

After getting out of the central contract, now the future of Iyer and Kishan in Team India has also come under threat. Rohit Sharma has recently made it clear that the team management will not waste time on players who are not hungry to play. By taking action on these two players, the BCCI has also given a message that domestic cricket cannot be ignored at any cost.

There are only four players in A +. Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, Ravindra Jadeja.

There are six players in Grade A, including legendary spinner R Ashwin, pacers Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj, batsmen KL Rahul, Shubman Gill and star all-rounder Hardik Pandya. Siraj, Gill and Rahul have been promoted.
