½ cup pasta
¾ cup flour
½ cup corn flour
Water (for batter)
½ tsp salt
Oil (for frying)
1 teaspoon Chilli powder
2 Chillies (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 inch ginger (chopped)
½ onion (finely chopped)
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp Chilli powder
½ carrot (chopped)
½ capsicum (chopped)
¼ tsp salt
½ cup finely chopped cabbage
Pasta Chilli Manchurian Recipe: To make Pasta Chilli Manchurian, it will take about 30 minutes. In this, you will prepare the dish by frying the pasta; in making you will also need corn flour. First of all, boil the pasta lightly on medium flame (be careful not to boil the pasta too much). Drain the water from the boiled pasta and keep the pasta in a separate plate. Now, mix both flour and corn-flour in a plate. Add half teaspoon salt. Add boiled pasta to this flour and mix well. Pour Chilli sauce over the pasta and mix well. Now heat two spoons of oil in a pan, put the pasta in the pan and fry it well.
After that, put two spoons of oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger and fry well for 10 seconds. Now add long chopped onion, capsicum, cabbage, carrot and fry on slow flame of the gas, with paying attention you have to keep the gas flame medium so that the vegetables can be fried properly.
After frying the vegetables, add one spoon salt, one spoon Chilli powder, two spoons vinegar, two spoons tomato sauce, two spoons soya sauce, mix well and fry well for 30 to 40 minutes. Now, add half spoon of black pepper powder in it and mix it well. Now add the made better of corn flour + water and heat it well. You will see that this thick gravy is ready.
Now add fried pasta in it and cook for about 5-6 minutes. Cover the pan with the help of a plate.
