The Mahindra Thar is a lifestyle SUV that has managed to make its mark as an off-road and lifestyle SUV. This stunning off-road SUV will now be offered with major changes. Its five-door version will be the most special. Well, this year, the Mahindra Thar may have five doors. It will be very different from the existing three-door version.
You might be wondering what's new in the upcoming 5-door version of the Mahindra Thar. According to media reports, it will have a larger wheelbase, which will give it more space in the cabin, as well as more seating capacity and better boot space. Besides, premium cabin and many latest features will be seen in it. Recently, during the testing, the spy image of the Thar 5 door was revealed by the Mahindra Company.
The Mahindra Thar 5 Door comes with the amazing features including a 10.25 -inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless android Auto and Apple CarPlay, large colour digital instrument cluster, large electric sunroof, armrests in the front seats, rear AC vents, captain seats in the second row, dashboard camera, sunglass holders, roof-mounted speakers, ample storage space, multi-functional steering wheel, cruise control and power adjustable ORVMs.
The Mahindra Thar 5-door will be offered in both petrol and diesel engine options. This includes the 2.0 -litre turbo-petrol and 2.2 -litre turbo-diesel engines producing 200bhp and 172Nm of torque, respectively. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
The Mahindra Thar 5-door is expected to be priced at Rs 15 – 17 lakh rupees. Once the Mahindra Company officially launched the Thar 5 Door then we can get the actual price of the Mahindra Thar 5 Door SUV.
