IPL 2024: Yesterday the match reached to last ball thrill and Rashid hit a boundery and made the GT win possible. In the 24th match of IPL 2024, Gujarat Titans defeated Rajasthan Royals by 3 wickets in a thrilling match. Batting first, Rajasthan scored 196 runs and Gujarat achieved the target on the last ball. Gujarat needed 15 runs in the last over and Rashid Khan hit a boundary off the last ball to seal the win. Avesh Khan was bowling the last over for Rajasthan but he could not stop Tewatia and Rashid Khan.
First ball Tense and Thrill of the last over - Avesh Khan bowls a full toss which Rashid Khan drives to the square leg region for a boundary.
The second ball - Rashid Khan took two runs in the long-on area.
Third ball, Rashid Khan. This time the ball went out of the hands of wicketkeeper Sanju Samson. The ball from the edge of Rashid's bat could not stop the Rajasthan skipper.
Fourth ball - Rashid Khan takes a single off Avesh Khan's yorker.
Fifth ball - Rahul Tewatia scored two runs off Avesh Khan's ball, after taking the third run, he was run out.
Rajasthan needed two runs off the last ball and Rashid Khan hit a boundary to seal the win.
Rahul Tewatia and Rashid Khan struck in the final overs to seal the victory for Gujarat. Tewatia scored 22 off 11 balls while Rashid remained unbeaten on 24 off 11 balls. Morevoer, Captain Shubman Gill played a key role in Gujarat's victory. He scored 72 runs off 44 balls.

This was Gujarat's third victory in the tournament. Gujarat are placed at the sixth spot in the points table with 6 points. Rajasthan Royals, on the other hand, lost their first match of the tournament but are still at the top of the points table.
