Hyundai Creta facelift is launched in India, Price range Rs 11 Lakh to 17.24 Lakh

One of the highly anticipated 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift was finally unveiled by the Hyundai Motors on January 16, 2024. The company has revealed its prices and the upgraded features that make it a dream car of the year.

The 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift will now be available in six color options that include Fiery Red, Ranger Khaki, Abyss Black, Atlas White, Atlas White with Black roof, Titan Grey, and the new Robust Emerald Pearl variant.

Hyundai Creta facelift was launched in India, and booking is open. The car is redesigned, interiors are refreshed, more features are added, and a new turbo petrol engine is combined before bringing it to the market. 

Talking about the exterior, the front and rear profiles of the SUV have been redesigned. It features a full-width DRL, split LED headlamps, and a gloss-black front grille. Moreover, the lower section now has a more robust silver skid plate.

Along with a 10.25-inch screen, the interior becomes more comprehensive, highlighting the following features:

  • Dual-zone climate control
  • Panoramic sunroof
  • Ventilated seats
  • Wireless phone charging 
  • 8-speaker Bose sound system

In addition, the upper section of the passenger-side dashboard now features a black piano panel, and beneath it, there's an open storage space with ambient lighting.

As far as protection is concerned, the safety features of the car are also upgraded, and now it comes with six airbags, a 360-degree camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), electronic stability control (ESC), ISOFIX child seat anchorages and Level-2 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) features that include:

  • Forward collision warning and avoidance assist (car/cycle/pedestrian/junction turning)
  • Blind-spot view monitor
  • Blind-spot collision warning and avoidance assist
  • Lane-keeping assist

Hyundai Creta facelift engine

The addition of a 160hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine and the discontinuation of the older 140hp, 1.4-litre turbo-petrol unit is one of the major upgrades by Hyundai. However, the 115hp, 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines continue unchanged, with their respective manual and automatic gearbox options.

Hyundai Creta Facelift has been launched at a price range between Rs 11 lakh and Rs 17.24 lakh (ex-showroom). While the entry-level E petrol-manual variant is available at Rs 11 lakh, the price of the top-spec SX(O) diesel-automatic trim goes around Rs 20 lakhs (ex-showroom). However, these are the introductory prices. 

In total, the Hyundai Creta facelift is available in 7 variants, namely, E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, and SX(O), with five engine and gearbox options.
