Under the Azaadi ka Amrit Mahaostav campaign, Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan was launched by the government of India in 2022 in which people were urged to participate in the #Har Ghar Tiranga Movement by posting their pictures with the National Flag on the official website which is www.harghartiranga.com. Given the success of this campaign in 2022, the government has asked the Indians to be a part of this movement again in 2023.

As a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, PM Shri Narendra Modi in 2022 urged Indians to hoist the Tricolour at their homes.
The campaign was launched by the Ministry of Culture in 2022 on the proposal by PM Shri Narendra Modi. The date chosen was 22nd July because it was the date when the Tricolour was adopted as the National Flag.
The song has been written by music composer Devi Shri Prasad.
The inspirational song which invokes a thousand emotions has been beautifully sung by Tollywood sensation Devi Sri Prasad along with Sonu Nigam, Asha Bhosle and Amitabh Bachan.
Har Ghar Tiranga is a slogan in itself as it highlights the importance of displaying the National Flag in every house in the country.
