PURE EV, a start-up headquartered in Hyderabad, unveiled the latest ecoDryft 350 electric motorcycle on November 21. Recognized as the longest-range electric motorcycle in the commuter segment, this 110cc bike boasts an impressive 171 km per charge. Additionally, it comes equipped with a range of features designed to enhance the overall riding experience on Indian roads.
The ecoDryft 350 is available for consumers at a starting price of 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom) in the Indian market. Consumers wishing to purchase this new and advanced electric bike can do so from PURE EV's authorized dealerships across India. According to the company, the ecoDryft 350 is expected to save consumers more than Rs 7000 every month compared to an Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) commuter motorcycle.
The ecoDryft 350 by PURE EV employs a 3.5 kWh lithium-ion battery to drive a 4 hp electric motor, integrating 6 MCUs. Boasting a noteworthy top speed of 75 kmph, it generates 40 NM of torque and offers three modes to cater to the diverse preferences of motorcycle enthusiasts.
The electric motorcycle offers a diverse range of features aimed at elevating the overall riding experience. With attributes like Reverse Mode, a Highly Efficient Powertrain, Hill-Start Assist, Down-Hill Assist, Coasting Regen, and Swift Throttle response, the ecoDryft 350 sets itself apart from typical 2W ICE vehicles. Additionally, the Smart AI plays a crucial role in preserving battery life by monitoring the State of Charge (SoC) and State of Health (SoH), as indicated by the company.
