Elvish Yadav and Sagar Thakur(Maxtern) Fight viral Fill video: YouTuber Elvish Yadav has been accused of assault. A case has been registered against him in Gurugram, Haryana. News agency Asian News International (ANI) reported on Saturday (March 9, 2024) that the police have registered a case against the social media influencer at Gurugram's Sector 53 police station on charges of assault and threatening to kill. This is the same case, a video related to which went viral on social media and in which Elvish Yadav was seen severely beating a young man.
The complainant claims that Elvish Yadav threatened to kill him. According to Sagar Thakur's complaint, he and Elvish Yadav have known each other since 2021. For the past few months, Elvish fan pages have been spreading hate and disinformation, which has upset me.
Sagar Thakur further said that Elvish Yadav had asked to meet him on Friday and he had accepted it as a normal discussion. When he (Elvish) came to the store, he and his 8-10 goons started beating me and using foul language. They were all drunk. Elvish Yadav tried to break my spine so that I become physically disabled."Before leaving, Elvish Yadav threatened to kill me.’’
In the viral video, the young man wearing a green T-shirt who was seen beating Elvish Yadav is also a content creator. His name is Sagar Thakur and he is on social media platforms under the name Maxtern. The victim is a resident of the national capital Delhi. He has over 16 lakh subscribers on his YouTube account, 8,90,000 followers on Instagram and 2,50,000 followers on 'X'.
In the viral clip of about 5 minutes, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT-2 came to the showroom of the mall and started hitting the boy badly and he also threatened to kill him after giving him lewd abuses. He said, I will kill you.
