At the same time, the term of the assemblies in Andhra Pradesh, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh and Odisha is ending on different dates in June. In such a situation, the Election Commission is going to announce the election dates today. With its announcement, the code of conduct will also be imposed in the country. Around 97 crore people are eligible to vote at over 12 lakh polling stations in the upcoming elections.
