Aate Ke Laddu Recipe - Whole Wheat Flour Ladoo

One of the dishes made on most of the festivals is flour laddus. They are very tasty to eat in nature. Children and adults all enjoy these laddus. These laddus are also made on festival occasions. A lot of dry fruits and gum are used in making them. Gum is beneficial for health due to which laddus are also very beneficial for health, you can store flour laddus for a few days and you can easily take these laddus while travelling. Ingredients are required to Make Aate Ke Laddu (Whole wheat flour Ladoo)


Aate Ke Laddu Recipe The ingredients required to make it are as follows, you can increase or decrease these ingredients as per your convenience.

Wheat flour: 2 cups

Ghee: 3/4 cup

Brown sugar: 1 and half cups

Cashews: 50 grams

Almonds: 50 grams

Cardamom powder: 1/4 tsp

Pistachios: 1 cup

Chironji: 1 cup

1 cup Coconut Crush

Gond

Makhana:1 cup

Raisins: 1 cup

Dry ginger powder: half cup

Aate Ke Laddu Recipe: These laddus will be made by using wheat flour, roasting it thoroughly and along with dry fruits, edible gum Gond will also be used. These laddus will be very beneficial for the health for you and your children. In winter, these laddus warm your body from inside, due to which you do not have problems like cold, cough etc.

Step by Step Procedure to Prepare Aate Ke Laddu

Step 1: Fry the flour


First of all, take out as much flour as you want to make laddus, sift it and keep it aside. Now keep the pan on the gas and put ghee in it and as soon as the ghee gets hot, add flour in it. Use as much ghee as the flour you are using. Fry the flour well until it turns golden. Add a little more ghee. Add more quantity so that the flour gets roasted and also gives good taste.

Step 2: Roast Dry Fruits

After roasting the flour, keep it aside to cool and start roasting the dry fruits one by one. For this, add 2 cups of ghee in the pan and fry cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, makhana, chironji, gari burada Crashed Coconut one by one. You don't have to roast the nuts too much.

The flame of the gas should also be kept medium so that the dry fruits do not burn even a little. Now heat the remaining ghee strongly and add Gond into it. As soon as the Gond goes into the ghee, it will swell. Take it out from the pan.

Step 3: Crush the dry fruits

Now crush the roasted dry fruits lightly with a heavy object, also crush the Gond. Make sure that you should not grind the dry fruits at all in the mixer, this will spoil the taste of the dry fruits in the laddus. They should only be crushed lightly. Now put 2 to 3 cups of sugar in the mixer and grind it till it becomes fine brown. This will add more flavor to the laddus.

Now mix the roasted dry fruits in the roasted flour, add brown sugar in it and add half a cup of dry ginger powder in it. After mixing everything well, pick up the mixture little by little with the help of both the hands and give them pressure with the hands and shape them into a round shape.

If the mixture has become too cold then heat it lightly on the gas, this will bind the laddus tightly. Aate Ke Laddu is ready. You can store them for 2 to3 weeks and enjoy eating these delicious laddus every day.
