It was because of this film that I got to meet director Akashaditya Lama again, with whom I had the privilege of collaborating in his play 'Mohenjo Daro' at the beginning of my career. Also, my own Bengali and Assamese heritage has inspired me to deeply engage with the themes of the film.'
