PrimeNewsly: There is great news for bike lovers. BMW India has started selling its most expensive motorcycle M 1000 RR in India. The standard model of BMW is priced at Rs 49 lakh, while the Competition version is priced at Rs 55 lakh (ex-showroom). This BMW super sport bike is based on the previous S 1000 RR.

Regarding engine: The BMW M 1000 RR bike comes with the 999cc powerful engine, 4-cylinder engine has been provided which generates 211bhp power and 113Nm torque. This BMW bike has 6-speed gearbox which offer a complete sporty and racing advantage and the bi-directional quick shifter feature is also available in the bike.
Apart from, the bike also has other electronic supports for ride which include ABS technology, traction control, slide control, 7 ride modes, launch control, wheel control, steering stabilizer, cruise control, drop sensor and kickstart start.
Additinally, the hardware of this bike from BMW also includes USD front forks and a monoshock with rebound, compression and preload adjustability. Additionally, brakes include dual 320mm discs and a single 220mm rear unit with dual-channel ABS technology.
The BMW M 1000 RR is a kind of super sport motorcycle and it only competes in India with the V4 R (Ducati Panigale V4 R). V4 R price is Rs 69,99,000 (ex-showroom) Delhi.
Regarding the speed, the top speed of BMW M 1000 RR is 306 kmph and it can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in about 3.1 seconds that is really amazing.
