IPL full schedule 2024: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday announced the remaining schedule of the 17th season. The final will be played at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on May 26. Apart from the final, Qualifier 2 (May 24) will also be held in Chennai. The Qualifier 1 (May 21) and Eliminator (May 22) will be held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Earlier full IPL schedule was not announced. Only, The BCCI had initially released the schedule of only 21 matches till April 7 in due to Lok Sabha elections in the country. However, it is now clear that all IPL matches will be held on Indian soil. A total of 74 matches will be played in 66 days. The election dates were announced recently, after which the remaining schedule was prepared accordingly. The Lok Sabha elections will be held in seven phases. The first phase will be held on April 19 and the last phase on June 1.
