7th Pay Commission DA: CM Mohan Yadav Stand

 As soon as he sat on the CM's chair, CM Mohan Yadav was seen in action mode. After becoming the Chief Minister, Mohan Yadav has decided to take action against illegal meat and mutton shops. At the same time, he has directed to remove loudspeakers from religious places, action has been initiated. On the other hand, the state government employees are still waiting for the hike in dearness allowance. It is said that the Mohan Yadav government will soon give a gift of a hike in dearness allowance to government employees.

7th Pay Commission DA: DA might increase up to 4%

Media reports claim that around the New Year, the Mohan Yadav government is likely to announce a 4% DA hike. Over 7 lakh employees are expected to benefit from the move. If DA is increased, it will increase from 42% to 46%, which will be on par with central government employees.

What is Government fitment factor in 7th Pay Commission?         

Ahead of Diwali, the Modi government had last month increased the dearness allowance of its employees by 4 per cent to 46 per cent of the basic pay. Union minister Anurag Thakur said the hike in dearness allowance and dearness relief will benefit 48.67 lakh central government employees and 67.95 lakh pensioners, respectively. The release of additional instalment of Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) will be effective from July 1, 2023. DA and DR are given twice a year to employees and pensioners respectively to compensate for price rise.

The government is going to deposit the stuck 18 months' DA arrears of central employees and pensioners in the account, which will prove to be like a booster dose. With this, the employees are expected to get a good salary. This will benefit about 1 crore employees and pensioners. Besides, the government will also increase the fitment factor.

7th Pay Commission: How much money will be in the account?

The DA arrears of central employees and pensioners will be credited to their accounts soon. It will be like a big gift for central employees. The government did not remit the DA arrears from January 2020 to June 30, 2021. For this, 18 months "time has been allotted. The workers have been demanding this for a long time, which is now being considered to be affixed. There is a talk that the Modi government can give this big gift before the Lok Sabha elections. People will be benefitted from this. Over 1 crore families are expected to benefit from the scheme. The government has not made any official comment on the matter yet. But now it is being considered possible to stamp any day.

7th Pay Commission: Huge Benefits with Increments

The fitment factor can be increased strongly soon by the Modi government at the center. After that, the basic salary will take a long jump. The government will increase the fitment factor from 2.60 times to 3.0 times. It will be increased after a long period. That's enough to make everyone rich. The employees had been demanding for a long time, now it will be settled soon.
